How much is a Family Mini Session

Key Information:

How long do the sessions last?

Each session lasts up to 15 minutes with a buffer before and after so don't worry if you are a few minutes late. I'll get you playing games, interacting with each other and having some natural fun. We minimise the amount of posing you'll do and instead focus on natural smiles, real laughter, and spending quality time as a family. As it's a mini sessions, there will be a some posing as we're short on time, but I promise to try and keep everything feeling natural and relaxed.

What can I expect after the session?

After the session you will receive all of the images, edited in high resolution, through an online gallery. It is password protected so only you can access it. This gallery will be available for a minimum of 1 month and after this time I cannot guarantee how long you'll have so please make a back up as soon as you have access to it.

Where are the sessions taking place?

This year the bluebell sessions are happening in my back garden and as it's the first time I've tried to create a bluebell patch, I'm inviting people to come and join my experiment. It's why I'm offering sessions so cheap this year - I cannot guarantee what the space will look like.

FAQ: "HELP! My child is shy and I don't know if they'll play ball."

With only 15 minutes, we'll both need to bring our A game. I need your help here because you know your child best. So together, let's bring the high energy and fun vibes and make our happiness contagious. If there is something that you know will keep their spirits high and on our side then do it. Bring snacks, sweets, toys, you name it! If they do have a bit of a wobble during the session, I tend to go with the approach of 'let them feel their feelings'. Often if we let them have a moment to feel whatever they are feeling, it's much easier to then bring them back into a space of co-operation, rather than potentially entering a power struggle.

Bring the silly, bring the giggles. I worked in early years for many years so if you need to do an exaggerated version of Let it Go behind my back then I will sing my lungs out with you.

It's important to note, session fee's are non-refundable so double check that family calendar of yours before you book.

Booking Form

I'll be sending out an email closer to the session date with lots of lovely information about what you can expect during the session, if there's anything I would recommend you bring, and some tips on what to wear if you are stuck. However, if you have any other questions at all, please do get in touch. I want you to come to the session feeling as relaxed and informed as possible so I'm always happy to chat more about these sessions and what's involved!
