Rainy Engagement Shoot

Creating this engagement shoot has been one of my highlights of the year. When we saw that rain was predicted, I think we all panicked a little bit. We had less than three weeks before the wedding day so there wasn't really time for postponing. It was now or never.

I am so pleased, however, that we decided to put our wellies and raincoats on because the atmosphere on this shoot was tangible. These two are christians, so halfway through the shoot I decided to give them a few moments slightly away from me to pray together. The peace and love that proceeded to overflow from them and surround this field was incredible. I came away from it feeling refreshed and even more excited for their wedding day.
